Camera hasnt worked for a month. Just want to see if it is something you can handle on your end . Still on a Moultrie plan .

Bad cell camera

I have had trouble with the cameras ever since I got it. I have had a new camera sent to me every year since I've had it. And I tried to get them to replace it with a better camera since I've been having so many problems and they will not do it. So I'm going to have to bite the bullet not get any money back and buy different camera from someone else.

User's recommendation: Do not get any of there camera's.

Very poor customer service can I get any communication or phone call back.

Very poor customer service, for over three weeks I cannot get anybody to call me back and help me, I own five cameras but are only using three because they cannot get their billing straight, they are charging me for four cameras and only three are in use plus They are not even the correct plans that I signed up for. It is prime hunting season and I cant get all my cameras out because MoultrieMobile customer service will not call me back.
